We own around 30 luxurious apartments and villas, ready for you to book now, situated in the best residential areas of the town either on the beach or just a short walk to the sea, very close to shops, restaurants, transport and all other amenities. Our properties range from, between 2 – 6 good size bedrooms, large sunny living areas with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchens, including washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, all with modern bathrooms and showers, fully air conditioning with private gardens and swimming pools or communal, satellite antennas and Internet. We pride ourselves for the hard work and effort we have put into this to make all our holiday apartments and villas second to none in Cyprus. Our professional team of managers always makes sure that everything is in good order and nothing is too much for them to make

your holiday in Cyprus enjoyable and a memorable one. They are always on stand by to assist and provide you with any information you may need, unlike hotel accommodation which we are sure you are aware of. You will find, that staying with us you will have the benefit of having your own holiday property in Cyprus to yourselves with all the privacy to come and go as you please, cook you own favourite dish, or take away, invite you friends for a drink or have a cocktail party around your swimming pool and all the other things you wish to do without having to pay exorbitant hotel prices. 95% of our guests come to us year after year recommending us to many of their friends.

Another part of our service is the pick up from any Cyprus airport. One of our managers will be there waiting for you to take you to your holiday apartment or villa with no extra cost. Electricity, water, common expenses are all included. The only extra cost you will have is a cleaning lady that we can provide for you at your own cost of approximately 7 euro per hour.

If you want to book holiday apartment or villa for short term (Short term rent)

You can book holiday apartment or villa minimum for 1 week. If you want to book it for less than 7 days, then you will be charged by an additional amount of 1 day rent. All the utilities and transfer from any Cyprus airport are covered by the company. Baby cribs, high chairs and so on can be provided upon request. There is a system of discounts: if you book holiday apartment or villa for more than a month - you get 10% discount, 2 months - 15%, and 3 months - 20%. In the period from November until April, if the rental period exceeds 3 months, the current prices for long term rent are applied.

If you want to book holiday apartment or villa for long term (Long term rent)

Rental for a year or more. Utility bills are not included in the price.

For an extra price you can receive following services:

Additional transfer to/from any Cyprus  airport - 50 euro (4 seater car); 80 euro (7 seater mini bus)

Cleaning services - 7 to 8 euro an hour.

To reserve for you a villa or an apartment you would like to book, you need to e-mail us the following details:

- Your name,

- The name of the property you would like to book,

- The dates when you would like to book (rent) it.

If you need visa to visit Cyprus we also need your passport details - surname, other names, dates of birth, passport numbers and passport details of all the persons coming with you who would need a visa to come to Cyprus. In about 1-2 days after sending all above mentioned information, in your request, you will receive a voucher and the rental agreement, which you need to open a visa to Cyprus.

As soon as you get your tickets please let us know the flight number and the date you’re coming on. Upon your arrival you will be met by our employee at any Cyprus airport and taken to the holiday apartment or villa you booked, where you will sign the booking (rental) agreement and choose the appropriate method of payment – we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, or a direct bank transfer.

If you already have visas and tickets to Cyprus, all you need to do is call us 2-3 days in advance, choose the holiday apartment or villa you would like to book,  and let us know the date and time of your arrival to Cyprus.

If you wish, you can pay the for the whole booking (rental) period in advance with bank transfer – in that case we can send you vouchers and booking(rental) agreement signed and stamped by us already.
