We are a large property company based on the seaside Town of Limassol, specializing in luxury short rental holiday accommodation. We own around 30 luxurious apartments and villas situated in the best residential areas of the town either on the beach or just a short walk to the sea, very close to shops, restaurants, transport and all other amenities. Our properties range from, between 2 – 6 good size bedrooms, large sunny living areas with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchens, including washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, all with modern bathrooms and showers, fully air conditioning with private gardens and swimming pools or communal, satellite antennas and Internet.

We pride ourselves for the hard work and effort we have put into this to make all our apartments and villas second to none. Our professional team of managers always makes sure that everything is in good order and nothing is too much for them to make your holiday enjoyable and a memorable one. They are always on

stand by to assist and provide you with any information you may need, unlike hotel accommodation which we are sure you are aware of. You will find, that staying with us you will have the benefit of having your own property to yourselves with all the privacy to come and go as you please, cook you own favourite dish, or take away, invite you friends for a drink or have a cocktail party around your swimming pool and all the other things you wish to do without having to pay exorbitant hotel prices. 95% of our guests come to us year after year recommending us to many of their friends.

Another part of our service is the pick up from the airport. One of our managers will be there waiting for you to take you to your property with no extra cost. Electricity, water, common expenses are all included. The only extra cost you will have is a cleaning lady that we can provide for you at your own cost of approximately 7 euros per hour.

Short term rent

Minimal period of rent is 1 week. If the rental period is less than 7 days then the rental payment increases by an amount of 1 day rent. All the utilities and transfer from airport are covered by the company. Baby cribs, high chairs and so on can be provided upon request. There is a system of discounts in place: renting for more than a month - 10% discount, 2 months - 15%; and 3 months - 20%. In the period from november until april, if the rental period exceeds 3 months, the current prices for long term rent are applied.

Long term rent

Rental for a year or more. Utility bills are not included in the payment.

Additional transfer to/from airport - 50 euro (4 seater car); 80 euro (7 seater mini bus)

Cleaning services - 7 to 8 euro an hour.

To reserve a villa or an apartment, you will need to e-mail us the following details:

- The name of the property you would like to rent.

- The period in time you would like to rent it for.

- Passport details of a person renting (surname, other names, dates of birth, passport numbers) and passport details of people who would need a visa to come to Cyprus.

In about 1-2 days after sending in your request, you will receive a voucher, which you will need to open a visa, and the rental agreement just to read through and familiarise yourself with it. As soon as you get your tickets please let us know the flight number and the date you’re coming on. Upon your arrival you will be met by our employee and taken to the chosen property, where you will sign the rental agreement and choose the appropriate method of payment – we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, or a direct bank transfer.

If you already have visas and tickets, all you need to do is call us 2-3 days in advance, decide upon your villa/apartment choice and let us know the date and time of your arrival.

If you wish, you can pay the for the whole rental period in advance with bank transfer – in that case you will be sent vouchers and rental agreement which will be signed and stamped by us already.
